    Construction process

    1, substrate drilling

    Drill the substrate with professional drilling tools and impact hammers according to the dimensions required by the design drawings

    2, cleaning the hole

    Use the compressed gas to blow out the dust in the hole, and then use a special brush to clean the dust attached to the inner wall of the hole.

    3, put the medicine tube

    Check the fluidity of the resin by hand or visual inspection. After confirming, insert the drug into the bottom of the hole.

    4, screw into the screw

    Before the screw is buried, there is a 45° chamfer, the rear end is screwed in, the hex nut is driven by the power tool and screwed into the bottom of the hole.

    5, curing curing

    Allow the anchoring gel to solidify naturally, the curing time is based on the temperature reference curing schedule, and the screw should not be rotated or tapped during the curing period.
